In our opinion, environment and logistics are inextricably linked. Glass, old paper or worn batteries start as waste, but after proper transportation and processing they find a destination as useful material.
Efficient storage and transportation is not only useful for recycling waste. With cleverly designed product carriers and packaging, we create savings and durability. For example, by transporting goods in multiple packs, packaging waste is reduced and less damaged goods means economic utilization of raw materials and energy.
By supplying waste bins and containers for separation at the source, we help the community to achieve higher recycling rates and save CO² emissions.
In addition, Engels guarantees the return and recycling of the supplied products. In many cases, the returned products are in such a good condition that it would be a sin to shredder them for recycling. In that case, we give them a second, third or fourth life in our outlet.
