Your role in our team

Enable the Körber Supply Chain Automation Business Unit to develop, design and sell supply chain automated material handling solutions according to Customer’s requirements.
Working closely with the local Sales Managers, our Solution Design Engineers analyse Customer’s requirements, as well as market and technology trends, to create and benchmark competitive solutions, in direct support to active sales opportunities (both locally and internationally) or to create new generic solutions as part as the company’s strategic roadmaps.

The candidate will be integrated into Generix Group Portugal’s Supply Chain Business Development team, with the role of prospecting new customers and managing medium and high complexity commercial processes.

Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, or qualified courses with electronics frequency.
• With or without experience. Possibility of professional internship offer.

Functions to be performed: Repairs of industrial electronics; involvement in client interventions

We are looking for a professional responsible for a variety of systems-related tasks, including installation, technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as configuration and technical support. This may involve installing hardware and software, diagnosing and resolving problems, as well as providing technical support to end users.

Installation of automatic cutting systems;
Configuration and installation of Mind software applications;
Execution of special industrial projects;
Provision of technical assistance, maintenance, training and after-sales support.

With or without experience in the area;
Knowledge of electromechanics;
Interest and aptitude for information technologies;
Assess knowledge of programming languages;
Ability to analyze and prepare reports;
Fluency in English, both oral and written: required;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work autonomously.
