They are applied in the most diverse industrial sectors, both in manufacturing and distribution. Such as in retail and robotised commerce (widely used in pharmacies and parapharmacies, both for physical sales and online shops).\r\n\r\nVertical lifts and conveyors are an essential part of automated warehouse operations. Some of their advantages are:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>They allow quick access to goods and represent a very significant increase in storage space, being able to take advantage of vertical space and create high-bay warehouses.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>They can be applied to products of different sizes and can be combined and allow dynamic shelving.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>They reduce (almost completely) the use of forklifts and achieve high workflow.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>They have safety systems both in preventing accidents to operators and in protecting products and goods.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>They facilitate access of goods to operators, maximising resources and minimising expenses. They improve and increase warehouse manageability.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The automation and digitalisation of the systems allows the monitoring of all product movements. Traceability within the warehouse is guaranteed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nDue to the great diversity of products to which they can be applied, Eurotransis has lifting systems specifically manufactured for the handling and transport of various types of products. From automatic storage systems for palletised goods (trans-lifts and pallet conveyors), trilateral trans-lifts, to lifting systems and vertical conveyors for boxes of various sizes coupled with automatic roller conveyors and belt conveyors.\r\n\r\nPallet trans-lifts allow pallets to be moved vertically and transferred along long aisles with automatic roller conveyors from loading and unloading areas to storage areas. Automated warehouses with trans-lifts achieve high storage density (up to 45 m high) and high efficiency in managing the entry and exit of palletised products.\r\n\r\nCase or tray lifting conveyors increase warehouse capacity, safety and warehouse management while reducing costs. They minimise the time it takes to locate a commodity and route it to the point of handling, order preparation or dispensing in high-density warehouses. And they can be adapted to a wide variety of products and needs.\r\n\r\nIn all cases, high efficiency will depend on the use of high quality systems and equipment, both from a mechanical and automation point of view, as well as stock management and control software.
