Este resultado superou em 160% a m\u00e9dia dos primeiros trimestres dos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas anos e em 28% a m\u00e9dia dos \u00faltimos cinco anos.<\/p><p>Segundo Augusto Lobo, head of capital markets da JLL Portugal, \u201c<em>o retalho voltou a afirmar-se como um sector estrat\u00e9gico para os investidores, sustentado por um forte desempenho operacional e pela resili\u00eancia do consumo. A apet\u00eancia por ativos bem localizados e com perfis defensivos, como centros comerciais de refer\u00eancia e supermercados, continua elevada e prevemos que esta din\u00e2mica positiva se mantenha ao longo do ano<\/em>\u201d.<\/p><h4><strong>Perspetivas otimistas<\/strong><\/h4><p>Apesar do cen\u00e1rio internacional ainda marcado por incertezas geopol\u00edticas, as perspetivas para o mercado de investimento em Portugal mant\u00eam-se otimistas. O contexto macroecon\u00f3mico favor\u00e1vel, com proje\u00e7\u00f5es de crescimento econ\u00f3mico, baixa taxa de desemprego e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos ativos imobili\u00e1rios, continua a atrair capital, tanto nacional como internacional. A crescente integra\u00e7\u00e3o de crit\u00e9rios de sustentabilidade tamb\u00e9m tem sido um fator decisivo na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos ativos de retalho mais modernos e eficientes.<\/p><p>\u201c<em>Estamos perante um novo mapa de retalho urbano, onde a experi\u00eancia, a autenticidade e a proximidade ganham terreno ao formato tradicional.
