That is why, at Empack & Logistics & Automation, we promote organised group visits for educational institutions, with the aim of bringing students closer to the real industry environment and allowing them to explore, learn and make the most of the experience.
⚠️ Important:
As this is a professional event, the only way for students to attend is through an organised group visit authorised by the organisers.
Student group visits arranged in any other way will not be permitted.
How to request a group visit?
The application must be submitted by the teacher responsible for the group using the corresponding form, which can be requested via porto@easyfairs.com.
Once the application has been received and approved, we will contact the institution to provide all the necessary information.
Application period
From 15 February 2026 to 15 April 2026.
Applications submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

Student visits must be organised in groups of a maximum of 15 people, accompanied by a tutor.
- The visit lasts 1 hour.
- The visit will take place under the supervision of the teachers, who will be responsible for all members of the group they accompany and for ensuring that the rules established by Empack and Logistics & Automation are complied with.
- The visit must take place collectively, and students must remain accompanied by their teachers throughout its entire duration.
- Students’ entry passes will only be valid for the authorised day and time slot.
- The entire exhibition is organised by professionals in their respective fields. Please respect their work during the visit and enjoy the experience.
