EasyGo is a package of services offered to all exhibitors. All the tools included are based on the latest technological developments in digital marketing. With EasyGo, Empack and Logistics Porto will be investing in technology that helps visitors and exhibitors visit the future and facilitates the face-to-face experience at the event, which translates into a better return on investment for exhibitors.
What is EasyGo and smartbadge technology?
As part of your EasyGo package, you will receive 1, 2 or 3 Smart Badge readers, depending on the EasyGo package you have purchased.
Smart Badge technology requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% secure event experience.
In your My Easyfairs account, you will be able to upload content to each of the readers you have been allocated.
At the end of the event day, visitors who have touched their reader(s) will receive an e-mail summarising their visit with all the information uploaded to their reader(s).
As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected from your readers at the end of the event. You can easily download an Excell with the leads from your My Easyfairs account.
