PLASTIC CARDBOARD BOXES WITH TEXTILE INTERIOR
We design and manufacture the ideal box for your product, using special materials, foams, or containers that guarantee its integrity until the end customer. The interiors made of textile materials protect the product from scratches, making them perfect in production queues where there are painting processes in which the piece is especially sensitive. These textile interiors offer quick protection of pieces and are very easy to handle so that packaging and transportation are as uncomplicated as possible.
VISCOSE / CELLULOSE FIBER BAGS
The best, ecological and effective alternative to polypropylene or polyethylene bags for factory parts. At Euskopack we manufacture all types of custom bags and separators in ecological VISCOSE, which guarantees the greatest protection for painted, injected, chrome-plated or newly printed parts. VISCOSE is made from cellulose fibers (paper) and is perfect for wrapping freshly made pieces that should not be scratched. They are protected not only from scratches, but also from abrasions or transfers in the first hours after manufacturing. It is an ecological alternative to polypropylene or polyethylene fabrics and bags, which are still used in many factories. In addition, unlike bags with plastic components, it prevents pieces with paint from sticking or suffering from abrasions or transfers. VISCOSE only contains 100% natural elements from paper and does not share chemical elements with the pieces, so it does not stick or abrade.
