General Information

You only have to check your invitation once, and with the Smart Badge you have access to the fair on both days.

If you mean the entry to check registration, nothing happens; if it has been registered, it appears in the system. If you mean the Smart Badge, we don’t reprint it.

  • For exhibitors: April 16th from 10am to 7pm, and April 17th and 18th from 9am to 10am.
  • For the general public: you will only be able to access your accreditation during the event’s public hours on the 17th and 18th, and you will have to wait to be attended if there is a queue.

First, you have to register online, then you can access and purchase the Smart Badge in the hall.

From Monday April 18th at 3pm, exhibitors will be able to place additional orders at the “Late Price” Operations desk.

The electrical panels have a minimum of 3KW. The integrated socket is 500W, enough to connect one or two devices (cell phone, laptop…) It is always advisable for exhibitors to hire additional sockets to distribute the panel’s power according to their needs. 3KW is enough to connect devices such as laptops, cell phones, televisions, fridges, etc., as long as not everything is connected to the panel’s integrated socket.

  • 10 KW 230/400V ELECTRIC PANEL > If you have 5 kw of power at the stand, you will need to hire an extra 5 kw.
  • ELECTRIC PANEL 15 KW 230/400V >If you have 5 kw of power at the stand, you will need to hire an extra 10 kw.
  • ADDITIONAL POWER 1 K >If you have 5 kw of power and hire a 15kw panel, you will need to hire an additional 10kw.
  • ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (130w/m2) >If you bring your own electrical panel and the energy included in the stand is not enough for it, you will have to hire the extra Kws you need.
  • 400V CETAC 16A 3P+N+T OUTPUT > If you need this socket, you will need to hire a three-phase electrical panel for it.
  • 400V CETAC 32A 3P+N+T > If you need this socket, you will need to hire a three-phase switchboard for it.

Contact the operations department with any questions regarding the volume of your machinery and how we can act to facilitate its entry.

The keys to the storerooms and furniture are attached to them or inside them. If exhibitors have left their keys at the hotel/home.

The plastic from the carpet is removed the night before the opening by Exponor’s cleaning staff.

The gates to the halls will open approximately 30 minutes after the hall’s closing time, and once the security department is satisfied that there are no more visitors inside the halls.

The organizers have no storage space available within the exhibition grounds. All the companies’ material will have to be stored on their stands.

We recommend buying a storage unit or a counter with doors.

The storage of pallets and empty packaging is managed directly by the exhibitors with Exponor, which has storage space available on site.

The company’s staff will have to leave the material on the stand for collection the following day.

All material from the stands must be collected by 9.30pm on April 20 and ready for collection the following day.

The incidents that reach the operations desk will have to be more indicative so that we can offer the corresponding service.

The cleaning included in the stand contract includes removing the protective plastic before the opening and cleaning the stand on the night of the event.

Cleaning is not included if during the celebration the exhibitor has filled the garbage can or dropped popcorn Easyfairs…., you can call your contact person at the fair or wait a while until someone returns to attend to you.

Although the site has 24-hour security, if the stand does not have storage space or lockable furniture, it is not advisable to leave personal belongings there while it is empty.

Vehicles are not allowed in the hall. Loading and unloading of material must take place on the docks between the halls and in accordance with the forklift and pallet truck access regulations in the Exhibitor Manual.

If you have sent a request to your e-mail address, check that it is not in spam; you will enter your private area via this e-mail address.

If you need more people to access the private area, click on manage users in My Easyfairs.

During installation and dismantling days, no accreditation is required for company personnel to access the site. This is a decision by the organizers in order to speed up access to the site and not to limit it.

This year, we will not be registering people on site. Therefore, everyone who arrives will have to be registered online, including guests, speakers, etc.

On the day of the exhibition, April 17, from 12 noon to 7pm, the Easygo team will distribute readers among the stands, as well as explaining how they work and answering any questions you may have.

Depending on the EasyGo package you register for, you can get 1 or 2 readers.

  • Go Plus 2 readers

Readers who are not returned will be charged 500 euros.

At the end of the event, make sure you hand your reader back to the EasyGo team, or to the staff who will pick it up from your stand, at the EasyGo point or at the Business Point.

You will receive an excel file with the visitor’s details by e-mail the same day or the next day if you have GoLeads or GoPlus.

The visitor will receive an e-mail at the end of the day with a link to your company profile with all the information you have completed in your My Easyfairs.

When you register your staff on My Easyfairs, each member of staff will receive an email with a personalized visitor link license for use during the event. The email will contain information on how to activate the license.

Any Easygo package has unlimited Visit Connect licenses.
