About us
Fitembal has been in the packaging sector since 1986.
When it was founded, it was mainly dedicated to the commercialisation of plain and printed tapes.
As it grew, the business evolved into the commercialisation of industrial, automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines. Nowadays, it also has a technical department to provide after-sales assistance.
It is the representative of the Robopac brand in Portugal and Galicia, a world leader in packaging machines.

Robot S7
The Robot S7 is built to wrap and stabilize loads of any shape, size and weight using stretch film. Thanks to the innovative system of easy insertion of film (ILS) through the opening of the reel holder and the Power Drive technology with brushless motor, it is possible to control the film with extreme precision, guaranteeing perfect pre-stretch and lower consumption of film and energy in the context. of environmental sustainability.
Orbit R
Automatic rotating ring machine for horizontal wrapping with stretch film. The Orbit range is where two technologies meet. The flexibility needed for high-speed, high-performance line machines becomes available on entry-level horizontal machines to be added to work cells or integrated lines.
Integra
Integra is a laser-guided automatic vehicle with covering forks suitable for handling pallets inside the factory. In the down position, the forks cover the rear wheels like an electric pallet truck. An extremely compact and agile machine, the Integra can move around in small spaces, guaranteeing maximum safety. Due to its small size, the LGV can move loads of up to 1,500 kg.

The machine consists of a reel holder designed to prevent wrinkles during wrapping, due to the characteristic stiffness of the paper. The tension of the paper causes the spool holder to tilt in exactly the right position, so the paper web doesn't wrinkle. In the car there is a "smart" system consisting of two glue dispensers. These two special guns glue with the right amount to prevent it from coming into contact with the product. The glue, an aqueous solution, is fed from an external tank with a capacity of 30 kg and sent by a pump to the dispensers.
