FLOETER is one of the leading companies in the field of industrial packaging, air cushions and packaging systems in Europe & USA. Our program includes transport protection in many variations from air cushion machines for every application to air cushion filler and wrapper.
With our own air cushion machines, the AirWave and AirBoy series we have for each packaging and shipping challenge the appropriate solution. The reliable AirWave air cushion film is manufactured in Germany and is 100% recyclable. The reduction of the storage space for packaging material, very low shipping weight and a high production speed characterizes the air cushioning machines. With FLOETER you get the right air cushion film in a variety of materials such as antistatic, special high pressure films suitable for air freight shipping, biodegradable or Paper Wave air cushions for plastic free packaging. In addition, we offer complete air cushioning systems and integration solutions for the packing stations in your packing departments.

Raptor - cuts AirCushions as needed
The Raptor cuts off the desired number of air cushions/mats. After cutting, the individual sections can be held by the Raptor (cut & hold) or they fall one after the other into a collection container and can then be used in the optimum length for packaging. There is also a foot pedal that starts production when pressed and stops production when released. This ensures that you get exactly the amount of air cushioning that the packer needs for the next package. The height of the Raptor is variable, and the format and number of cushions/mats can also be adjusted on a magnetic touch display that is attached directly to the packing station. The entire unit, consisting of the Raptor and the air cushion machine, is mounted on a roll container and delivered as such. Using a Raptor increases the packing speed by eliminating the need for manual separation.
AquaWave - watersoluble AirCushions
Water-soluble transport protection for even more sustainable packaging AquaWave air cushions are an FSC® (C162510) certified water-soluble and therefore biodegradable solution for the safe protection of your packaged goods. FLOETER's latest innovation is the advancement of the PaperWave air cushion. It once again underlines the company's commitment to sustainability in the packaging market. Made from 100% recycled paper, the air cushions are high-performance and ecologically beneficial. This is underlined by the ClimatePartner certification, which calculates and improves or offsets the CO2 footprint. The sealing layer is ultra-thin and consists of polyvinyl alcohol. This disappears on contact with both warm and cold water. No microplastics are left behind. AquaWave® air cushions are ideal for users who want environmentally friendly and, above all, plastic-free packaging.

PlantWave - biodegradabe AirCushions
Score with consumers and the environment with compostable air cushion protection A basic problem in the mail-order industry is packaging waste. The Plant Wave air cushions from FLOETER provide a sustainable solution for this, as it can be used to produce 100% compostable packaging materials and packed into shipping parcels. And there’s more: The PlantWave film is a sustainable packaging which is made from regrowing raw materials. Potato starch is an important component here for the environment and ensures that future generations are not unnecessarily burdened with plastic waste. Floeter also demonstrates its climate awareness through the ClimatePartner certification of its products.
ClimaFilm - AirCushions / Climate Partner certified
Transport protection – 100% CO2 neutral AirWave ClimaFilm is made of recycled material, mostly coming directly from the end-user's disposal channels (PCR-post consumer recycled part). AirCushions provide a safe and environmentally friendly packaging for all types of goods - because it is only 1% material and otherwise only air. FLOETER can actively save up to 70% CO2 compared to alternatives which often seem to be more environmentally friendly, such as paper padding.
PaperWave - AirCushions made from paper / FSC-certified
PaperWave air cushion is a FSC® (C162510) certified biodegradable solution that safely protects your goods. FLOETER is breaking new ground in environmental protection and delivers a clear statement on sustainability. This is underlined by the ClimatePartner certification, which calculates and improves or offsets the CO2 footprint.The air cushions made of 100% recycled paper are powerful and ecologically advantageous. The compostable sealing layer is ultra-thin and therefore does not negatively influence any aspect of recycling.
