ProBag - Dunnage Bags
Dunnage bags are the fastest, cheapest, most versatile and safest system to protect and secure merchandise in a container. Thanks to them, the merchandise reaches its destination without damage or claims. They are suitable for trucks, trains, ships, containers, they are available in various sizes and different qualities of resistance and can be in paper or raffia. It is an economical system thanks to its low cost.
Niupack - Void filler
It is the ecological system of J2 Servid to avoid load balancing since it is reusable, foldable and recyclable. Made of cardboard and in the shape of a honeycomb, this innovative system is placed to fill the gaps between the pallets, as a separator, thus avoiding the movement of pallets during transport. It is the ideal road transport system since it avoids the domino effect and can be custom-made.
Niupack Side
Niupack Side an innovation in a range of patented, unique and ecological products from J2 Servid. This range of Niupack products is used to fill the gaps between pallets, acting as a separator, and thus avoiding the movement, swinging, tilting or falling of the goods during transport. These products are essential to avoid the dreaded domino effect during transport. The new model is a protective element made of recycled cardboard with a fully foldable honeycomb structure. Its design is more sustainable and compact, as the top lid is smaller and foldable, which makes the product very easy to place and efficient. This product is safe, economical, recyclable, reusable, durable and takes up little space. Its new design allows it to be placed very easily inside the stretch film that wraps the pallet, achieving a better fitting of the Niupack to the pallet. Furthermore, as it is placed inside the stretch film, it can be left in place and installed inside the order preparation area. When we want to load the truck or container, the forklift already picks up the pallet with the Niupack incorporated, greatly reducing loading time and allowing us to save logistics costs. This system is ideal for great consumer logistics, it has been tested in large corporations in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. With excellent results and solving the major problem that exists in this sector, such as underhang and its dreaded domino effect. This product is available in different thicknesses and qualities, adaptable to all types of loads depending on the space to be filled. All models have been tested under different resistance parameters to give the best possible results and reliability. The launch of this new Niupack is a big step for J2 Servid.
ProDry - Desiccant bags
Desiccant bags to prevent humidity in sea containers during transport. With our range of desiccants you can avoid the so-called "rain effect". They are very easy to apply and make it easier for the merchandise to arrive in perfect condition at its destination by absorbing all the moisture.
ProTerm - Container insulators
Proterm container insulation is completely ecological and prevents damage caused by changes in temperature during transport. It is a system through which you can preserve your products without the need to use special containers and keep the products at their proper temperature. It is therefore a flexible insulator used for the transport of products that are sensitive to temperature variations by land, sea and air. In many cases, it avoids the need to use temperature-controlled containers. The ProTerm Container system is used to line 20′ and 40′ sea containers. Its double inner core of air bubbles acts as an insulator, preventing the thermal transfer of temperature from the outside to the inside. ProTerm is an ecofriendly insulation, 100% recyclable, patented and with a very low thermal conductivity index that avoids sudden changes during exports. This system is installed in the containers in an easy and fast way.
ProStrap - Lashing straps
With our lashing straps you can make unit loads. Our ProStrap system is suitable for palletizing any type of merchandise, it is made in high quality polyester, we have different types of width and resistance and is available in composite.
ProControl - Recording Systems
Recording systems for temperature, humidity, impacts and location, ideal for maritime transportation. They are activated simply by pressing a small button and they usually last up to 60 days. Once at the destination, they are inserted into a USB port and a PDF is automatically opened with the graph of the fluctuations in temperature and humidity that the merchandise has suffered during transport. Moreover, they provide valuable information for future shipments.
Ty-gard - Securement system
System for the protection of dangerous goods in containers. It is considered the best container lashing system and acts like a seat belt, absorbing shocks and dissipating energy. It is a secure and easy-to-use solution. It can be used with drums, Big-Bags, IBC’s, dangerous goods, explosives and all kinds of palletized goods. It offers maximum resistance, although it is easily removed when it reaches its destination without leaving a trace on the container walls. It is approved to secure cargo in ocean containers by the Association of American Railroads (AAR) and meets cargo securement standards set by IMDG, FMCSA, USCG and ADR RID.
ProLash - Lashing
Lashing straps and cargo mooring systems to protect your merchandise. They are made of high-quality polyester, approved and certified by various international laboratories, available in various types of width and resistance and suitable for use in trucks, sea containers, ships, trains, flat racks… We have a great variety of models.
ProLash Sheet
ProLash Sheet is an easy-to-fit shipping container lashing system. It is a raffia panel made with 4 carabiners in the corners, which is used to prevent the merchandise from moving backwards and avoid any type of accident. Ideal system for unpalletized goods. It is also often used to prevent possible theft when the merchandise is covered.
ProSlip Rubber - Anti-slip
Materials specially designed to prevent movements of goods in transit, mainly those issues during braking or acceleration. They are suitable for road, sea, air or rail transport. We have paper anti-slip (to place between the different layers of the pallet) and rubber anti-slip to place between the floor of the truck or container and the merchandise. The ProSlip Rubber model is made of rubber and is ideal for road transport, but also very useful for securing cargo in maritime, air or rail transport. All rubber anti-slips for truck transport distributed by J2 Servid have been approved and certified with practical and real tests and comply with the requirements of the German standards VDI 2700, on the safety of cargo in road transport. The high-quality rubber anti-slip is ideal for securing the load from possible movement during transport. This model has a high coefficient of friction and can be reused during different loading and unloading processes, which represents economic savings.
ProSlip Paper - Anti-slip
Materials specially designed to prevent movements of goods in transit, mainly those issues during braking or acceleration. They are suitable for road, sea, air or rail transport. We have paper anti-slip (to place between the different layers of the pallet) and rubber anti-slip to place between the floor of the truck or container and the merchandise. The ProSlip paper model, made of paper, it is ideal for placing between the different layers of the pallet and with any type of packaging, cardboard boxes, plastic or paper bags… It has a high coefficient of friction and supports up to 45º inclination without sliding of the palletized load. With the use of the anti-slip paper, you will improve the stability of the palletized products, avoiding possible falls, and therefore, claims for shrinkage or breakage during transport.
ProVoidGard - Separator
VoidGard system is adjustable to all types of holes and prevents lateral and longitudinal lashing movements during transport. It is applied manually without the need for tools, so its use is very easy. Available in two sizes: size L used for openings of 21-37 cm and size XXL used for openings of 40-72 cm. Manufactured with a special polymer and it is a very resistant and reusable system that offers a lot of compressive strength. Approved and certified by the AAR.
ProEdge - Corners
We can sometimes find that the lashing straps damage the cover of our freight or our pallets. To avoid these minor damages, at J2 Servid we offer a wide range of ProEdge protective corner protectors for all types of merchandise. We have special reusable corners in various sizes for paper reels, for drums, reusable, flexible and non-slip.

ProStack - Corfex System
With the ProStack system you will be able to stack a double deck in maritime containers and thus make the most of all the space in the container, especially in fragile and delicate products, where stacking the pallets is not feasible. It can be used in all types of containers and allows fast, safe and comfortable loading for personnel, being able to create up to 4 load levels. Components can be easily assembled and disassembled without the use of tools. They can also be used as a merchandise retention system.
ProSmart - Smart Guide
The first Container Stowage Smart Guide J2servid have created the first “Smart Guide” for container stowage. It’s an intelligent and interactive guide, full of videos and links that contain all kinds of information about stowage tools, several loading techniques, calculations, regulations or responsibilities, essentials to adapt to the latest modifications and regulations of the new RD 03/2022, and that helps you to learn everything necessary to stow goods in a maritime container in a safe, efficient and professional way. When we wrote this Container Stowage Smart guide, we thought about all those professionals who during the last 30 years have asked us for recommendations, calculations, tools and stowage techniques on the market, such as avoiding damage to their goods, cost optimization, stowage, applicable regulations, shipper/carrier responsibilities, legal issues,… And all these points pushed us to create this interactive guide in which we have tried to capture all this helpful information for all those who are passionate about logistics and transport, trying to help everybody to secure loads and avoid damage and accidents during transport.
