About us
iDR - Domótica e Robótica, LDA is a company that belongs to the SNC Group.
SNC was founded in 1997 in the industrial automation market, providing technical support to companies such as Fagor Automation in Portugal. It also sells Cobots from the DOBOT brand.
iDR was established in 2012, bringing innovation to the market with home automation (Domótica) solutions and technologically advanced products in the field of Robotics, such as service robots, AGVs, and exoskeletons, ensuring customized training, after-sales services, and specialized technical support.
It represents brands such as Teletask (+40 years) in Portugal, Brazil, Angola, and Mozambique; and in Portugal: Bumerania Robotics, Comau, Japet, INNOPHYS, and Kivnon.
Integrated Home Automation Solutions apply to single-family and multi-family buildings, hospitality, corporate spaces, industrial warehouses, and more.
Our Service Robot catalog offers solutions for sectors such as Hospitality and Catering; Geriatrics; Healthcare; Hygiene and Disinfection; Customer Service (retail, stores, fairs, events and exhibitions, car showrooms, among others), and Security. These can be acquired through purchase, sale, or technology leasing, with all solutions tailored to specific needs.
In our Exoskeleton range, we offer both active and passive equipment (with and without power sources) designed to assist in load handling, support movement, and correct posture. They can be used in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare/geriatrics, milking, gardening, and agriculture, as well as in household tasks that require physical effort.

Exoskeleton MATExt
The MATExt is an Exoskeleton that assists in moving objects from the chest line to the top of the head and in static or non-static tasks whose effort falls on the shoulders and/or lumbar area. The main mechanism of this equipment is a spring system that stores and transforms potential mechanical energy to create an adjustable assistance force (8 levels). Muscle Suit Every
The Muscle Suit Every is an exoskeleton that assists in moving objects from ground level to chest height and in static tasks where effort is placed on the lower back area. The main mechanism of this equipment is a pneumatic muscle that, when activated, corrects the user's posture and activates the quadriceps, distributing the weight (up to 25 kgf 100Nm) so that the lower back is protected and the maximum pressure point supported by the vertebrae is never exceeded.
Temi Service Robot
Sofia is the name of our Temi Service Robot, which you may have the privilege of meeting during the Fair. He will be present at the event to welcome guests, announce conferences and tours, distribute program flyers, capture leads, publicize sweepstakes, among other tasks. The capabilities of these robots are immense and they can easily adapt to different realities.
