Foldable plastic module
Folding plastic modules/fences are the ideal alternative for your shipments and for your reverse logistics. Foldable, durable, hygienic, removable and repairable. The perfect complement for your palletizing. The folding frames available in sizes 800x1200x200 and 1200x1000x200 mm allow them to be stacked up to the desired height, ensuring total protection of the product to be transported. With its folding hinge system, it allows significant space savings and its weight, 3 times less than wood, makes it easier to place.
INKA PALET BOX PLASTIC
THE NEW INKA PLASTIC PALET BOX, ideal for your internal logistics, offers you a foldable, flexible and highly durable container, in measurements of 1210x1010x990 mm and also in different heights, guaranteeing total protection of your products in all your shipments, and with the Hinged door allows you to fill and empty the container in an easy and simple way. Coil cradle Pallet
Safe and robust solution for storing and transporting coils up to 1200mm in diameter and 2000kg in weight. Easy to handle, thanks to the 3 lower skids, which make the pallet also suitable for shelving. Its measurements are the classic ones of a European pallet (800x1200mm), which guarantees its suitability for automatic storage systems. Made from 100% recycled plastic material.

INKA PALET, a company specialized in the manufacture and supply of pallets, containers, boxes and accessories for palletizing. With the consolidation of the pressed wood pallet and our extensive product portfolio with pallets manufactured in different materials and formats, and with a factory of more than 6000 m2, we supply your pallets quickly and without delays. We have wooden pallets (new and used), wood fiber, plastic (virgin and recycled), aluminum, chipboard, MDF, cardboard and expanded polystyrene (EPS). In addition, we offer our clients containers and boxes in wood, plywood, plastic and aluminum, all of them in both standard and custom sizes. We offer the necessary advice to find the optimal solution for any type of shipping and export with the aim of offering the pallet and accessories that best adapt to the needs of each client.
ECOBOX
The new Ecobox is a set made up of a 600x800mm EcoPlastic Palet, made with recycled plastic that has its origin in the post-consumer packaging of the yellow container, and a sustainable and 100% recyclable double cardboard box. 4 compact cardboard tubes reinforce and ensure vertical stacking ADVANTAGES: Ideal as a display for the point of sale. Easy to disassemble once used, for subsequent recovery, reuse or recycling. It has a double function: to be used as packaging to transport merchandise or products, and to be used as a display in the sales area. This favors the reduction of secondary packaging by presenting the products in bulk at the point of sale. It contributes to the circular economy, both due to the materials it is made of and its ways of use. Its design is customizable.
Ecoplastic pallets
We produce our range of ECO PLASTIC PALLETS from plastic packaging from selective collection, post-consumer household packaging, and specifically from the mixed plastic waste fraction we collect through the yellow container. After a process of sorting, crushing, and high-temperature extrusion, we obtain an ideal material for use in the manufacture of pallets and packaging. And the final process of high-pressure pressing provides us with a 100% recycled and recyclable plastic material. From your used packaging to our pallets It's time to close the loop! An ideal alternative to wood, chipboard, industrial plastic, and all types of materials used in the manufacture of pallets and packaging.

IKPOOL-EURO PLASTIC pallet
800x1200x145 mm plastic pallet with the same dimensions and format as the approved EUR epal / uic wooden pallet, suitable for robotic warehouses where this type of pallet is used. Thanks to its design, it allows it to be identified by all the sensors along the entire route. The entrances, deck height and blocks of IKPOOL EURO PLASTIC correspond to the dimensions of a European pallet. This allows the plastic pallet to be used in automatic storage and transport systems, which have been designed for the handling of wooden pallets. The stops, photoelectric barriers and sensors of the transport systems do not require any adaptation. Optional steel supports on the cover and skids ensure safe, long-term storage in the rack warehouse. The advantages are: long service life, consistently high quality, hygienic surfaces as well as safe and trouble-free performance.
