Integral Industrial Logistics Maintenance
With Integral Industrial Logistics Maintenance, we accompany our customers and their facilities throughout the entire life cycle of their plant. We take care of everything from the prevention of breakdowns to the repair of small breakages. With integral industrial maintenance, we achieve optimum operation of the logistics plant or warehouse using corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance. On the one hand, preventive maintenance tasks are carried out, which are programmed tasks aimed at foreseeing in advance the unexpected stoppage of a machine or element. Corrective maintenance corrects the breakdowns and faults caused in an element or machine partially or totally. Predictive maintenance tasks optimise the viability and availability of equipment with a set of instrumented techniques for measuring and analysing variables to predict future failures. One of the main tools we use in our maintenance is the CMMS system, which facilitates and automates the planning of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, as well as allowing an exhaustive review of critical data in maintenance management, receiving the necessary information to manage and improve resources and detect anomalies. We also have a control room (Robomap) where the functions of applications and equipment bridge to support the client in cases of emergency. At MIM we have SIMIMONE, a systematic and simple tool that unifies maintenance management, defines, measures, analyses, improves and controls all the equipment in the installation.
Spares, machining and locksmiths specialized in Intralogistics.
We have an exclusive workshop for making all types of spare parts and machining specific to intralogistics such as conveyor rollers, roller conveyors, sorter ramps or lateral protections. We make metal structures for intralogistics such as overpasses between conveyors, handrails, floors and furniture for picking areas such as work tables or trolleys. All our projects are rigid, resistant and stable to be able to support the operation and productivity of the installation. All the elements are designed in our technical offices, manufactured in our workshops and assembled at the customer's facilities by our assembly technicians.

Specialised maintenance of stacker cranes, shuttles and sorters.
Correct maintenance of machinery ensures the optical performance of the installation. We have a technical maintenance department specialised in automatic intralogistics machinery such as stacker cranes, shuttles, sorters or miniloads. These components are frequent in large warehouses and logistics centers and their functions are essential for the correct operation of the installation. Their structure is more complex than other smaller equipment, wich is why they require more hours of maintenance carried out by qualified personnel with experience in this more sophisticated and powerful machinery, most of which is large and difficult to access. Wee carry out studies and reviews of machinery at the level of work procedures, checklists, operations, technical documentation, health and safety procedures and complete reports on the current state of this machinery.

End of line automation projects
Intralogistics must meet order and response time requirements with agility, efficiency and resource optimisation. Therefore, it is necessary to automate operational processes in order to improve the company's intralogistics. MIM Patchworkservice specialises in automated end-of-line solutions. We carry out the entire process involved; Design of the solution, assembly, commissioning and maintenance. For this, we study the particular case of each client and implement the necessary technology based on their operational needs and long-term objectives. We carry out projects for bulk transport; roller conveyors, belt, modular, spiral, sorting systems; Pick to light, pop-up sorter, crossbelt, Bombay, robotics; AGV's, stacker cranes, cobots and many more such as buffers, software programming, hanging systems or own manufacturing of special machinery.
SIGMIMONE: KPIs based on Business Intelligence
The SIGMIMONE project encompasses in a single tool all the information and management necessary for the management of indicators (or Key Performance Indicators - KPIs) for the control of our automated logistics warehouse. The product allows a technical analysis of failures, duration of downtime, the time between breakdowns, availability per machine, etc. in such a way that we condense all the data with the aim of supporting the technical team to optimise their working time and reaction to the machinery. On the other hand, we facilitate strategic decision-making by maintenance and operations management to set short, medium and long-term objectives at an operational level. The SIGMIMONE tool has been designed by maintenance and IT engineers of the MIM Group in a complete way, adapted to the real needs of our customers and with a modular philosophy that allows maximum flexibility in data visualisation leading to an easy and quick diagnosis of the state of the technical installation.
