MODULA LIFT

Modula Lift is our most veteran product, the result of more than 30 years of experience of a company that has lines with a very high technological content, Modula Lift is one of the most reliable and advanced vertical automated warehouses on the market, an example of a true Smart Factory 4.0. They are based on the concept of vertical storage and space saving.  They can reach up to 16.1 metres in height and have a maximum net load of up to 90,000 kg. Regardless of the industrial sector, Modula warehouses can hold any type of product or spare part, of different sizes, weights, heights and volumes, in a safe, clean and orderly manner; moving them quickly, allowing more than 120 picking/hour. Its trays have a payload of up to 900 kg and can store any material, also thanks to the practical system of dividers and dividers, they save up to 90% of floor space!   Advantages: 1. MODULA WMS

Modula WMS (Warehouse Management Software) is the system, designed and developed by Modula, for complete warehouse management. We have a suite and a range of very competitive packages that can be adapted to various needs, not only in the world of automatic vertical warehouses, but also in the world of static warehouses integrated with PDA terminals. It is ready to integrate with our customers' ERP or host systems to ensure continuity with business flows. There are also pure connection packages, such as our Modula Link or Driver, for those who already have an inventory software and just want to integrate and control our Modula using their existing WMS. For those who do not have a WMS in their company, the Modula WMS Premium is the most advanced solution, with a wide range of additional packages to manage countless functions, from expiry dates to mapping, LIFO/FIFO management, from saturation information to item master, from codes to batches and quantities, to a dynamic dashboard with access to all data and a mobile app to manage it from mobile devices.

MODULA FLEXIBOX

Modula Flexibox is the new automated storage system with bines, designed to improve efficiency in order preparation and the management of small and medium-sized items. Its modular structure with a central elevator and telescopic shuttle allows up to 9 bines per cycle, resulting in high picking speed and a significant reduction in waiting times. The picking bay, ergonomic and configurable (single or double, internal or external), adapts to different operational needs. Thanks to the Smart Orders Preparation mode, the system prepares trays in advance, grouping order lines and optimizing flows such as batch picking. This enables a throughput of up to 180 bines/hour. Each bin (600x400 mm) can be subdivided and store multiple SKUs, offering greater storage density and flexibility. The system is scalable in height (up to 20 meters) and can be expanded at any time, even during live operations. Flexibox can be easily integrated with other Modula solutions (Lift, Pallet…) as well as external technologies like AMRs, cobots, conveyors, put-to-light systems or color-guided picking. Its energy-efficient design, low maintenance needs and compact footprint make it ideal for facilities with limited space. Available in multiple configurations, it is managed through Modula WMS, which enables full inventory control, lot tracking, ERP integration and an intuitive interface tailored for high-throughput environments. A versatile and scalable solution designed to meet the challenges of sectors such as automotive, electronics, technical distribution, pharma and e-commerce.
