With modern production lines and state-of-the-art technology, we manufacture pallets according to the agreed specifications, including heat treatment in compliance with ISPM 15. Used pallets are sorted and repaired through robotic classification lines and ergonomic, efficient repair stations. Pallets that cannot be reused are sent for recycling.

Rotom Europe supplies more than 15 million pallets annually to national and international clients across multiple industries. The Group is guided by the values of quality, reliability, flexibility and sustainability.

Products

Wooden Pallets

Rotom provides pallets for a variety of applications and projects. We offer new, used, industrial pallets with EPAL certification, as well as many distinct models specifically for the chemical sector (CP). We supply durable pallets for multiple uses as well as single-use pallets. If you wish to present your products directly after distribution, for instance in a store, we have display pallet models available in various sizes. For additional protection of your goods, we also offer wooden and metal collars.

Wooden Collars

With collars you can easily turn your pallet into a box in which your goods or products will be safer during transport and storage. Rotom has a wide variety of collars for pallets, we offer collars made of wood, cardboard, metal and plastic. We also offer the MP Box which is a special type of collars for pallets. Practically all our collars can be stacked on each other and when not in use they can be folded. Our collars and MP Boxes meet the requirements of the ISPM-15 standard.

Presswood Pallets

Wood chipboard pallets have been specially developed to facilitate the export of your goods and products. These pallets are lightweight and meet the requirements of the ISPM-15 directive for exports, eliminating the need for additional phytosanitary treatment. Our fiber pallets maintain their shape, are easy to store, and save space in transport or storage. We offer chipboard pallets in a wide range of sizes and specifications. We have fiber pallets in 1140x1140 dimensions, ideal for shipping containers, but also pallets for transporting small, medium, and large loads, as well as display pallets in various sizes. Depending on the model, these pallets come with 4, 6, or 9 blocks.

Plastic Pallets

Plastic pallets are a durable and safe solution for transporting and storing your goods. Our product range includes plastic pallets in various designs, suited for multiple applications, for single or repeated use. In addition to standard dimensions like 1200x800 or 1200x1000, we also provide half-pallets (600x800), quarter-pallets (600x400), pallets for shipping containers, and lightweight models for air transport. We supply plastic pallets made from recycled material for industrial use, and for hygienic applications, we use virgin materials. Our range of plastic pallets is complemented by plastic collars.

Plastic Boxes

Rotom offers a wide range of plastic boxes for your warehouse, office, workshop, or even for home use. We provide folding plastic boxes, closed boxes, perforated boxes, distribution boxes, and Euronorm boxes in various sizes. We also supply KLT, Euronorm, E2, and UN boxes. Whatever box you’re looking for, you’ll find it at Rotom.

Metal Boxes

Metal boxes are widely used in warehouses and workplaces across Europe for internal transportation, storage of goods in the automotive sector, and installation. They are also frequently used for export and transportation. The use of metal boxes is sustainable and socially responsible, as they can be reused countless times. Rotom offers a wide variety of metal boxes, including certified EPAL Gitterboxes, wire containers, and stackable metal boxes, available in a large range of sizes. Our metal collars are also very useful, as they allow you to create customized-height metal boxes on wooden or plastic pallets. At Rotom, you will find the right metal box for your needs.
