Next-level order picking with Rovoflex
PickCenter RovoFlex is an advanced AI-powered automated picking solution designed to keep pace with high demand. This intelligent system continuously improves through machine learning and allows for flexible switching between automatic and manual modes. Each RovoFlex robot learns and shares information in real time with the rest of the system, enhancing overall warehouse accuracy and efficiency. FlashPick® Smart Piece Picking System
FlashPick® is our smart order fulfilment system for goods-to-person picking (GTP). It is able to address any distribution channel (E-Commerce, wholesale and retail) and is therefore ideal for omni-channel operations. The single-order management approach is raising the bar in terms of speed and flexibility. FlashPick® combines our industry-leading material handling equipment into one system while the TGW Warehouse Software manages the individual processes as well as the entire material flow. Stingray® Shuttle system
At TGW, we design different types of warehouses according to the desired degree of automation. Our shuttle systems and automated miniload warehouses are designed for maximum dynamics and optimal use of volume, with easy maintenance and a long service life. The benefits of warehouse automation are numerous, such as reduction of manual errors, maximization of space, increased speed or higher inventory reliability resulting from a reduction of the error rate during order picking down to <0.01%. The logistics shuttle system is ideal for average to high production throughputs. It handles goods of various sizes in normal and deep-frozen applications. It is an ideal single or multi-level automated vertical warehouse option. It offers maximum throughput for greater efficiency and flexibility in your warehouse. Micro-fulfilment Centre
Micro-fulfilment centre solutions from TGW offer proven technology and efficient systems for online grocery retail. The foremost benefits are the low investment costs and fast implementations. Whether robot-supported or manual, an MFC makes it possible to process online orders using a minimal amount of space. The proximity to your customers makes delivery extremely fast and assists in keeping costs down. Our manual workstations have a highly ergonomic, user-friendly design for minimal error rates and maximum efficiency. Our PickStation workstation series by TGW is especially ideal for activities like repacking, VAS and packaging. Our PickCenter Rovolution provides you with a fully automatic split case picking solution using robots for maximum performance. Mini-load system AS/AR by TGW
INNOVATION BASED ON TRADITION As a pioneer in the development of automatic mini-load systems, we in TGW have created highly integrated, complete mechatronic concepts which consist of the software, hardware and mechanical system. On the cutting edge of storage and retrieval machines, more than 8,000 products are already being used around the world as part of different complete solutions. They store and transport millions of cartons and totes – reliably and at peak performance. Our highly dynamic storage and retrieval machines as well as our load handling devices provide reliable and secure conveying and storage of cartons, totes and trays. They are offering the highest performance, which is ideal for low to moderate throughput. Up to 25 metres and a payload of 100 kilograms. KingDrive®: High-performance conveyor technology by TGW
KingDrive® is our high-performance conveyor technology with applications spanning all warehouse automation processes. An extensive range of modular products ensures seamless transport of totes, cartons, trays and polybags. Gearless, maintenance-free motorized rollers, decentralized conveyor functions and an integrated 48-volt power supply make KingDrive® the leading technology in the conveyor system segment. We have developed the TGW Warehouse Software - our IT solution for planning, monitoring and optimising your intralogistics processes. The modular structure covers all relevant areas. These include everything from storage management and order fulfilment to material flow control and visualisation. WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (WMS) – TGW WMS Our TGW WMS storage management coordinates all intralogistics processes in your distribution centre - whether manual or highly automated. It manages the quantities and movements of all goods and links to downstream sequences (including activities at the various Workstations in the goods receiving area, picking area, packaging area etc.). The powerful software module is based on standardised processes and enables the easy and flexible integration of third-party suppliers (mechatronics, IT).
