CIJ UX2 - INYECCIÓN TINTA CONTINUA CON ESTACIÓN DE LIMPIEZA
Se incorpora a la gran familia Hitachi el nuevo equipo de inyección de tinta continua UX2, una codificadora de gama alta. Especialmente pensada para aplicaciones rápidas, con más exigencias ambientales y óptima para la conexión con grandes marcas de llenado de la industria alimentaria. Destaca principalmente por su gran fiabilidad en entornos de trabajo exigentes (condiciones ambientales extremas y muy resistente a la oxidación), eficiencia siendo respetuosa con el medio ambiente con un bajo coste operativo y su facilidad de uso. La Inkjet UX2 está diseñada para la producción del mañana: Diseñada para permanecer más limpia, más tiempo. Imprimen hasta tres veces más gracias al diseño único del cabezal de impresión. La función de Control de Gota atrae la nube de tinta a una zona de acumulación alejada de los componentes de impresión sensibles. El resultado son menos problemas en la calidad de impresión y una limpieza menos frecuente del cabezal. Continúa con tu producción en funcionamiento mientras se mantiene un entorno de producción limpio. Dos tamaños de cabezal: un cabezal estándar que imprime con una calidad óptima de 1 a 6 líneas de texto y un cabezal corto que está diseñado para las aplicaciones de impresión más exigentes en cuanto a velocidad que requieren 1 o 2 líneas de texto. Estación de autolimpieza: limpia y seca a fondo en una sola operación. Elimina la necesidad de manipular el disolvente para limpiar el cabezal de impresión. Autodiagnóstico mediante la nueva función Smart Start ayuda a garantizar que la impresora Inkjet se reinicie sin problemas. Siempre lista para imprimir incluso después de largos periodos de inactividad. Cuenta con vídeo guías en pantalla para ayudar al operador con el mantenimiento preventivo y una pantalla intuitiva y de fácil configuración. Sus nuevos conectores de entrada y salida (E/S) de cambio rápido, te permitirán trasladar la impresora de una línea a otra rápidamente, eliminando errores humanos y posibles averías.

THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTER | TT SERIES KORTHO

La nueva serie de impresoras TIJ de Hitachi ha sido especialmente pensada para aquellas empresas que quieren entrar en el mundo de la codificación sin contacto. Las impresoras Thermal Inkjet basadas en cabezales HP destacan por su gran facilidad de uso y por ser el sistema de marcaje con una baja inversión inicial (tanto en equipo como en impresión) y sin necesidad de mantenimiento. Diseñadas para la impresión de datos fijos o variables, como textos, números, fechas de caducidad o producción, horas, contadores, lotes de producto, logotipos, códigos de barras, Datamatrix. QR o POD entre otros. HTJ-1100 (Una pulgada) Con una altura de impresión de hasta 25,4 mm , permite una resolución máxima de hasta 300×300 dpi. Su pantalla integrada de 2,8“, se puede controlar a través del teclado inalámbrico. Al igual que el HTJ-1050 cuenta con una amplia variedad de tintas, en diferentes colores y en base agua o disolvente (dependiendo del sustrato a imprimir) y dispone de un sistema de alimentación de tinta a granel (BULK) que permite un ahorro de hasta un 50% en el consumo de tinta para producciones elevadas.
