Nestable pallets for automatic palletizing systems

The rise of robotization in warehouses and production centers is leading to a significant change in the load supports used in them.

As a result of this fact, not just any pallet meets the necessary requirements, so it is essential to carry out a personalized study of the entire process, to choose the pallet that perfectly adapts to the needs of each product and client.

In the case that we present today, and after observing the operation of this automatic palletizing system, we considered that the best option was to use a nestable plastic pallet, specifically our IKPLP1210CD model, measuring 1000x1200mm (American measurement).
It is a pallet that is robust enough to support the weight of the Big Bag (it supports up to 1,200kg in dynamic load, and up to 2,000kg in static load), and, at the same time, light (its tare weight is 7.5kg) and nestable and stackable, a fact that reduces its volume and, consequently, both the economic cost and, above all, the cost and optimization of empty storage and transportation.

Its cover is closed and has non-slip ridges in several key points around its entire perimeter (which facilitates, in this case, the stabilization of the Big Bag), it is made of recycled plastic, and is durable (which allows it to be reused) and 100% recyclable.
Among the advantages provided by nestable pallets we find:
