Modula Flexibox is the new automated storage system with bines, designed to improve efficiency in order preparation and the management of small and medium-sized items. Its modular structure with a central elevator and telescopic shuttle allows up to 9 bines per cycle, resulting in high picking speed and a significant reduction in waiting times. The picking bay, ergonomic and configurable (single or double, internal or external), adapts to different operational needs. Thanks to the Smart Orders Preparation mode, the system prepares trays in advance, grouping order lines and optimizing flows such as batch picking. This enables a throughput of up to 180 bines/hour. Each bin (600x400 mm) can be subdivided and store multiple SKUs, offering greater storage density and flexibility. The system is scalable in height (up to 20 meters) and can be expanded at any time, even during live operations.
