In functional terms, the customer's management system generates the invoice as a PDF file that is sent together with a specific data file (meta-file) to the EcoFatura platform on Generix Group servers. Invoices and meta-files received by Generix Group are subject to validation, authentication, electronic signature, archiving and repository processes in accordance with the legal requirements in compliance.
