POLIPOP is focused in producing specialised components in EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) and EPP (Expanded Polypropylene).
We supply cut and moulded parts to customer needs, integrating all the processes: design for parts and moulds, moulds production and parts production.

Polipop Isotherm box
We develop isothermal boxes in EPS and EPP for technical applications that require thermal insulation, resistance and durability. Our solutions are adapted to sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, logistics and industrial, with a focus on functionality and reduced environmental impact. Through our development process, we offer a wide range of material options — EPS and EPP, in different colors, expanded in specific densities — with the possibility of using sustainable versions with recycled content: • Options composed of 30% post-consumer recycled EPP, allow a 16% reduction in CO₂ emissions. • Option that incorporates 15% waste from the maritime industry (ropes and fishing nets), reducing CO₂ emissions by 7% and contributing to the recovery of marine waste. These sustainable alternatives maintain the physical properties of conventional EPP, ensuring thermal efficiency, lightness and impact resistance. We work hand in hand with our customers to develop tailor-made isothermal solutions, combining design innovation, careful material selection and commitment to the circular economy.
Technical EPP Trays for Logistics and Transportation of Automotive Accessories
Technical trays in high-strength black EPP, ideal for the safe and organized transport of automotive accessories during logistics and assembly processes. With a custom design for each component, the EPP trays guarantee protection against shocks, scratches and deformations, optimizing the efficiency of assembly lines and contributing to the reduction of non-quality costs. EPP is a 100% recyclable and lightweight material, being long-lasting, reusable solutions aligned with the principles of the circular economy.

Innovative solution for the safe transportation of wine bottles, in white EPS, packaging was developed to protect bottles inside cardboard boxes. Our packaging combines strength, lightness and impact absorption capacity, minimizing the risk of breakage during transportation. Designed to optimize stacking and reduce logistics costs, this packaging is 100% recyclable, in line with the best sustainability practices.
