With a payload of up to 12 kg, its wire feed system, maximum working range of 1440 mm and integrated fluid hose package, this robot enables simple machining of bulky, hard-to-reach parts with high-quality results.
In addition, the slim design allows high-density robots to be placed in small spaces. The AR1440 robot’s rapid movement sequences reduce welding cycle times and the 50 mm hollow wrist allows the torch to be integrated into the robot arm to avoid collisions with the workpiece or other robots.
The integration of the power cable and air connections in the base allows for an extended rotation range of more than 340°.
