Description

The AR2010 6-axis robot, thanks to its high path accuracy, is an ideal robot for arc welding applications. With a payload of up to 12 kg and a wide working range of 2010 mm, this robot can handle the welding of large parts.

The hollow arm design allows welding cables and wire feed to be routed through the arm to the wrist, which saves valuable space around it.

The AR2010 allows for easy programming and a high degree of freedom of movement. The wire feeder can be mounted in the prepared space on axis 3, supporting the short distance and centralized supply of the welding wire to the welding torch.

The streamlined, slightly curved arm structure reduces the area of interference between the jigs and the workpieces.

The robot is controlled by the YRC1000 controller which facilitates programming and use with a wide range of functions specially designed for arc welding applications.
