The machine consists of a reel holder designed to prevent wrinkles during wrapping, due to the characteristic stiffness of the paper. The tension of the paper causes the spool holder to tilt in exactly the right position, so the paper web doesn’t wrinkle.
In the car there is a “smart” system consisting of two glue dispensers. These two special guns glue with the right amount to prevent it from coming into contact with the product.
The glue, an aqueous solution, is fed from an external tank with a capacity of 30 kg and sent by a pump to the dispensers.
