Customer Success Management (m/f) – Oeiras

In the Customer Success Management area, you will be responsible, in particular, for the commercial management of our customers, preparing proposals and qualifying leads.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– Ensure follow-up with our customers, in order to ensure their satisfaction;
– Identify business opportunities with existing customers, as well as leads generated through our advertising platforms;
– Keep CRM (Sales Force) and process tracking tables updated.

REQUIREMENTS
– Academic Training: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or Postgraduate degree in Communication Sciences or similar areas;
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point);
– Excellent organizational skills;
– High communication skills;
– Critical thinking, problem management and customer orientation;
– Autonomy, dynamism and rigor;
– Fluency in English.
